PrepGenie is a digital product with immediate access, so all sales are final. Here is exactly what that means, and what to do if something is not working.

All sales are final
Our papers are digital, and you get full access to your bundle immediately after payment. Because of that, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once your purchase is complete.
Immediate access and your cancellation right
When you buy a bundle, you are asking us to give you access to digital content straight away. By completing your purchase and accessing the content, you agree to that immediate access and acknowledge that the usual 14-day right to change your mind (the cancellation right for digital content under UK consumer law) no longer applies once access has begun.
If something is not working
This policy is about changing your mind, not about faults. If any part of the service is not working as it should, we want to fix it. Email us at info@prepgenie.uk and we will put it right.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer. If the digital content we provide is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the law, regardless of this policy.
