These terms apply when you use PrepGenie and when you buy access to our practice papers. Please read them before you purchase.

About these terms
PrepGenie ("we", "us", "our") provides an online LNAT practice simulator. By creating an account, buying a bundle, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You can contact us at any time at info@prepgenie.uk.
Your account
You must provide accurate information when you register, and keep your login details secure. Your account is for your personal use only. You may not share your login or let anyone else use your account.
Purchases and access
Our bundles are a one-time purchase that gives you access to the papers in that bundle for 12 months from the date of purchase. Prices are shown on the site at the time of purchase. Payments are handled by our payment provider (Stripe). When your 12 months of access ends, your account becomes inactive; you can buy again if you wish to continue.
How you may use PrepGenie
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the papers and materials for your own exam preparation. You may not copy, record, republish, distribute, sell, or share the papers, questions, solutions, or any other content, in whole or in part.
Intellectual property
All content on PrepGenie, including the papers, questions, worked solutions, text, and design, is our property or is used by us under licence, and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers any of those rights to you.
No guarantee of results
PrepGenie is a practice tool. We do not guarantee any particular LNAT score, university place, or other outcome. Your results depend on your own effort and ability. PrepGenie is an independent provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the LNAT Consortium Ltd or Pearson VUE.
Availability
We work to keep the service available and running well, but we cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may occasionally need to carry out maintenance or make changes to the service.
Refunds
Because the papers are digital and access is granted immediately, our refund policy applies. Please read it before purchasing. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Our liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable, or that arises from your misuse of the service. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, and your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Suspension
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, for example by sharing your account or the paper content.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page, and we will update the date at the top when we make changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
